Image Converter and Resizer is an easy-to-use application that allows you to convert, resize, and edit pictures in such popular formats as BMP, JPG, GIF, TIFF and PNG. It works in two modes: easy and advanced. The "easy mode" is a wizard with five steps: add files, select output format (to convert), resize images, choose filters to modify your pictures and, finally, select output location and start processing. Advanced mode include all the previous steps in a single tabbed screen.
This program lets you use predefined resize profiles like thumbnails, photos, banners, or manually set a desired width and height. It lets you apply filters that include: Gray Scale, Brightness, Invert colors, Watermark, Draw Text, Rotate, Flip, and adjust RGB to edit your pictures, and save the output to the original file or to a different folder so you can keep the originals.
